Federal Council casts doubt on combustion engine phase-out and fleet limits

Berlin - The Federal Council is calling on the German government to lobby at EU level to review the planned phase-out of combustion engines from 2035 ahead of schedule and to suspend the imminent tightening of CO2 fleet limits for the time being.
