Utilisation instead of curtailment 2.0: Focus on cost regulation

Bonn - The German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) is currently reviewing the cost regulations for the 'utilisation instead of curtailment 2.0' instrument, which aims to promote the consumption of surplus green electricity in bottleneck regions.
