FDP in Baden-Württemberg presents energy paper
Stuttgart - The FDP/DVP parliamentary group in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg has presented a position paper on energy policy. Among other things, it calls for a halt to the promotion of renewables and the unrestricted use of CCS and CCU. It also takes up a demand made by Transnet BW.

German government sticks to gas emergency plan

First green ironworks in Namibia goes into operation
Berlin/Arandis - Africa's first green ironworks is going into operation in Namibia. The 'Oshivela' project, which is subsidised by the German Federal Ministry of Economics, produces iron using green hydrogen. According to the ministry, an expansion of the plant is being planned.

Steinbach ends term of office due to BSW
