Withdrawal after 18 years: Eon sells Romania division
Essen/Târgu Mure - Eon is once again adjusting its strategic compass. Less than two weeks after "deprioritising" its hydrogen business in Germany, the Essen-based company has completed its withdrawal from Romania. A Hungarian state-owned company has been awarded the contract for the division with more than 3 million customers.

Badenova's managing director moves to Erlangen
